In most cases, software is delivered by electronic download from our web site or via email. During the checkout process, click the Zero Cost shipping link. Where physical shipment is required, our shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of the order:

UK & Mainland Europe Orders.
Where possible, standard delivery is included for all products despatched to the UK & European mainland. At the checkout free standard shipping can be selected. Standard Shipping can take several days; additional charges are made for premium delivery services where delivery is urgent.

Rest Of World Orders.
All orders from outside of Europe may attract additional shipping charges, even when usually available for electronic download within Europe. This is because, as a fraud prevention measure, we are usually obliged to physically ship something to the credit-card holders address and receive a signature for it. Customers with a PayPal account that has a verified, confirmed address can avoid charges for products available for download by using our Contact Us form and requesting a PayPal invoice.

Distance Selling Regulations
Where we have supplied a physical product, or software on CD or Diskette, we will advise you via email of your right to cancel your order as required by the regulations (the information here is provided as a courtesy only as the regulations require that we email this information to you). The right to cancel your order for products that have been physically shipped to you lasts for 7 working days from the date of delivery. Please note that this right only extends to sales of goods which have not been unsealed by the consumer.

Where no physical product has been supplied (i.e. where software is supplied via email or download - a "digital sale") the regulations consider this a provision of "services" and you have a 7 working day cancellation period from the date of order of the "services." We understand that most customers will want to enjoy the software they have ordered straightaway and we are happy to comply with such requests but would like to draw buyers attention to the fact that the regulations state that if the "service" is provided straightaway, the right of cancellation is lost.
